Job Overview

Reveille Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join their team. This role requires a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and best practices for development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow solutions, including integrations and custom applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain scripts, including JavaScript and Glide scripting, to automate processes and enhance platform functionality.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Formal training or certification in Software Engineering concepts.
  • Extensive experience using the ServiceNow platform, with demonstrated expertise in at least 2 ServiceNow modules.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and Angular.
  • Experience working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to debug issues and implement proactive monitoring for platform stability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clarify requirements with stakeholders and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR Service Delivery, ITSM, or Workplace Services.
  • Service Portal experience.
  • ServiceNow Certifications.

Location and Work Environment

  • This is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week at the Columbus, OH or Plano, TX office.
  • Face-to-face interviews are mandatory.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Columbus, OH
