Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Software Development Engineer Gen AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of AI architecture, machine learning frameworks, and cloud platforms, along with strong programming skills and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable software solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies.
  • Architect and implement AI systems that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and integrate relevant technologies into existing systems.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in AI and Generative AI architecture.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in software development with a focus on AI technologies.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
