Position Summary
We are seeking a visionary Senior Solution Architect with over 15 years of experience to lead our technical strategy in Dallas, TX. This onsite role is designed for a leader who is passionate about crafting the future of cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. Core Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of security and performance.
- Champion DevOps best practices by building and managing robust CI/CD pipelines and utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated environment provisioning.
- Integrate cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning services, such as Azure OpenAI, into existing application frameworks to drive innovation and business value.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and product managers to translate business vision into technical blueprints and long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex technical challenges, performing deep-dive root cause analysis and architecting elegant solutions.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Technical Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT architecture, with a significant focus on cloud-native designs and enterprise systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, including Terraform, ARM templates, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying AI/ML models and integrating them into production-grade applications to solve real-world problems.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless computing paradigms.
Enterprise Security & Compliance
In the role of Senior Solution Architect, security is not an afterthought—it is baked into the very fabric of the architecture. You will be responsible for implementing Zero Trust security models within the Azure environment, ensuring that every access request is fully authenticated, authorized, and encrypted. This involves a deep understanding of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Key Vault, and Network Security Groups. Furthermore, in the 2026 regulatory environment, compliance with global standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific mandates is critical. You will design systems that automate compliance auditing, providing real-time visibility into the security posture of the entire enterprise cloud footprint.
The Evolution of Cloud Architecture
The transition from traditional monolithic systems to distributed microservices is a journey you will lead.
