About the Role: SRE/ DevOps Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and experienced SRE/DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, coding, configuring, testing, debugging, and documenting system and application programs within our software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in architectural discussions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow company software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.
- Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
- Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documents, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency in code and processes.
- Participate actively in architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational and system-level documentation.
- Orchestrate CI/CD pipelines with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
- Implement Swarm deployment concepts.
- Utilize hands-on experience with Argo CD and Kubernetes deployments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Unix commands.
- Work with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Datadog.
- (Nice to have) Avaya experience portal (AEP) experience.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5-10 years of overall experience in DevOps and SRE roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of Swarm deployment concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Argo CD and Kubernetes deployments.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux command-line operations.
- Experience working with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Datadog.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Avaya experience portal (AEP) experience.

Compensation & Location
