Job Title: SRE with Agentic AI Experience
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with experience in Agentic AI to join our direct client, McKesson. This is a contract role with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SRE principles, cloud environments (Azure), Kubernetes, and a proven track record of implementing AI-driven automation in production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of our production systems.
- Develop and implement strategies for AI-driven automation to reduce manual toil and improve incident resolution times.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers on Microsoft Azure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Implement and monitor system health using observability tools like Dynatrace.
- Work with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestrate multi-agent systems for tasks such as triage and communications.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards within a regulated environment.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong SRE experience (7+ years)

- Work across planning, PMO, and engineering
- Required Skills: Carrier-grade WiFi (WiFi 5/6/7), Production deployment experience (not lab-only), Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI), Wireless standards (IEEE 802.11).

3. Scrum Master (SAP ISU)

Location: Miami, FL (Onsite – Local only)
Rate: $48/hr
Duration: 12 Months
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Manage sprint delivery & blockers
- Coordinate testing & defect tracking
- Support SAP ISU migration (Bill Compare)
- Required Skills: SAP ISU Billing, Agile/Scrum experience, Testing & data validation, Utility domain experience.
