Job Title: STIBO MDM Developer with MySQL experience
We are seeking an experienced MDM Developer with strong expertise in EnterWorks (preferred) or STIBO MDM platforms for a contract role in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support Master Data Management solutions across multiple domains, ensuring high data quality, governance, and seamless system integration. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enhance MDM solutions using EnterWorks (preferred) or STIBO platforms.
- Design and develop data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and reference data for multi-domain MDM, including Product (PIM), Customer, and Supplier.
- Build and configure workflows, match and merge rules, survivorship rules, data quality rules, and governance controls.
- Develop integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP), messaging queues, and batch interfaces.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data transformations, integrations, and data services.
- Configure UI forms, validations, business rules, and role-based access controls.
- Lead and support data migration activities, including profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and golden record creation.
- Support release management, performance tuning, and ongoing production operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience with EnterWorks or STIBO MDM platforms.
- Expertise in MDM concepts, including data modeling, governance, and data quality management.
- Experience designing multi-domain MDM solutions (PIM, Customer, Supplier).
- Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and messaging frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data transformation and analysis.
- Experience with data migration, profiling, and cleansing techniques.
- Knowledge of role-based security and workflow configuration within MDM tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production environments.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
