Key Responsibilities
- Build and customize STEP WebUI components tailored to specific business user needs.
- Configure complex workflows, portals, and dashboards to streamline data management lifecycles.
- Implement robust business rules, actions, and validations within the STEP platform to ensure data integrity.
- Design and enhance STEP workflows to support enterprise-wide MDM processes and efficiency.
- Provide ongoing technical support for system enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop integrations using SOAP and RESTful web services to connect STEP with other enterprise systems.
Technical Requirements
- Deep expertise in the STIBO STEP MDM platform, with a focus on Workflow and WebUI modules.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, and JSON for advanced configurations and customizations.
- Experience with pattern matching, regular expressions, and API development.
- Familiarity with SQL and data modeling concepts within an MDM context.
- Knowledge of XSD and data transformation techniques.

Your primary responsibility will be the development and configuration of the STEP WebUI. You will be expected to leverage Java and JavaScript to extend the platform’s capabilities, and your proficiency with XML and JSON will be vital for data transformation and integration tasks. As organizations increasingly move towards microservices and API-led connectivity, your experience with SOAP and RESTful web services will be essential for integrating STEP with a wide array of downstream and upstream systems. You will also utilize pattern matching and regular expressions to handle complex data cleansing and matching scenarios.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
