Job Overview

We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, optimizing business operations, and leading organizational transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Design and implement effective operating models and operational frameworks.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive consensus.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and strategy documents to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Manage stakeholders across multiple organizational levels, fostering strong collaboration and communication.
  • Structure ambiguous business problems and develop clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure successful implementation of operational changes and track their impact.
  • Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or organizational transformation.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop clear recommendations.
  • Experience designing and implementing operating models and operational frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience creating executive-level presentations and strategy documents.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities across multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: San Jose, CA
