We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Swift UI Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Culver City, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform using SwiftUI and the latest Apple frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UI/UX designers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Integrate with backend services via REST APIs to ensure a smooth and efficient data flow between the client and server.
- Work closely with Java-based backend systems to facilitate full-stack synchronization and service interaction.
- Manage complex data migration and database interactions using Oracle PL/SQL to maintain data integrity.
- Optimize application performance through rigorous load testing and performance profiling methodologies.
- Utilize data processing frameworks like Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark for complex data handling and analytics within the app ecosystem.
- Ensure the security and scalability of the application architecture by following industry best practices.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with SwiftUI and the iOS SDK in a professional production environment.
- Proficiency in Swift programming and a deep understanding of modern mobile design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including writing complex queries and managing data migration tasks.
- Familiarity with Python-based data tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Celery for backend-adjacent tasks.
- Knowledge of backend technologies, specifically Java and microservices architecture.
- Experience with performance testing and optimization tools to ensure high-speed application response.
Professional Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications available on the App Store. A deep passion for the Apple ecosystem and staying updated with the latest WWDC announcements is a must. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment are essential for success in this role.

Salary: $145,000 – $188,000 per year
