Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst with strong expertise in data conversion, data analysis, and healthcare claims processing, specifically within MMIS (Medicaid Management Information System) or similar large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Conversion:
- Lead end-to-end data conversion strategy (mapping, transformation, reconciliation)
- Manage mock conversions and ensure migration readiness
- Perform data validation, integrity checks, and reconciliation
- Analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies and anomalies
- Develop SQL/Teradata queries for validation and reporting
- Document conversion rules, crosswalks, and transformation logic
- Ensure data meets business, audit, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with ETL teams, architects, and business stakeholders
- Optimize conversion performance and migration processes
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute Test Strategy (SIT, UAT, E2E)
- Support testing of COTS applications and MES modules
- Create test scenarios, test cases, and test data
- Participate in test execution and defect resolution
- Lead defect triage calls across multiple vendors
- Track and report UAT progress, metrics, and results
- Support production issues, releases, and enhancements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Data Conversion & Data Analysis
- Expertise in mapping, ETL processes, validation, and reconciliation
- Proven Agile testing experience (functional, integration, regression)
- Hands-on experience with MMIS or large-scale claims processing systems
- Strong SQL / Teradata query development skills
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments
Technical Skills:
- Teradata (must-have)
- Mainframe & DB2 testing (preferred)
- Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
- Strong experience in Defect Management & UAT coordination
Highly Desired:
- Prior experience with Conduent (MMIS projects)
- Strong healthcare claims domain expertise
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Target Candidate Profile:
- Strong in data conversion + testing (both hands-on)
- Experience in MMIS / Healthcare Claims systems is critical
- Ability to handle end-to-end data migration + QA lifecycle
Special Requirements
Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite, Looking only local with local DL, Interview Process: Virtual + Onsite, Submission Deadline: April 2 (2 PM)
Compensation & Location
Salary: $45 – $65 per year (Estimated)
