We are also looking for a Business Analyst for a long-term contract position in Madison, WI. The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team. Candidates local to or near Wisconsin are preferred.
Requirements:
- Experience with Mainframe and COBOL programming languages.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
- Candidates local to or near Wisconsin are strongly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
