Job Description:
As the Firmware Integrator and V&V Contractor for CT, you will drive firmware design and integration activities while ensuring adherence to established development and quality processes. This role involves close collaboration with cross functional teams to manage technical execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within defined scope, and in alignment with quality management requirements. You will lead all V&V activities and apply strong project management expertise.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) with 10+ years of technical experience and established technology leadership credentials across disciplines and functions.
- Strong experience in the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, and system level solutionspreferably within medical device domains such as CT or MR.
- Expert level ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, influence technical and strategic decisions, and maintain a long term, strategic perspective.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering on project goals while meeting requirements for quality, performance, and schedule.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to assess data objectively, anticipate obstacles, and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Working knowledge of tools such as ALM, ClearQuest, and Rally.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $90 per year
