Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating reports and performing data analysis using various BI tools. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with a duration of 12+ months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Perform data analysis and create insightful visualizations to support business decisions.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Work with large-scale data sets from various sources including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with Power BI, Cognos, Business Objects, or QlikView is a plus.
- Experience with Informatica ETL tools is strongly preferred.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data or reporting issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.
- Expertise in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience working with large databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake.
- Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
- Experience with Informatica ETL tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Must be a local candidate to Texas.
- Government client experience is required.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
