The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual to help us refine and execute our talent roadmap. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive top-tier talent efficiently and effectively. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs, leveraging our advanced sourcing technologies, and managing the delivery of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific talent requirements and hiring roadmaps.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and technologies to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a high-quality and timely delivery of shortlisted candidates.
  • Provide insights and reporting on recruitment metrics and market trends.
  • Continuously improve our RPO model and service delivery based on client feedback and market analysis.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or RPO services.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and recruitment software is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
