Role: Tech Lead/Architect
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead/Architect with 10-12 years of IT experience, including 3-5 years in a Tech Lead/Architect role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building applications with an Angular front end and Java backend, and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) application development. Banking and financial technology domain experience is highly preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise web applications.
- Develop and maintain applications using advanced Java concepts.
- Build and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of IT Experience
- 3-5 years of Tech Lead/Architect experience
- Experience building applications with Angular front end and Java backend
- Experience with building applications in GCP cloud environment
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Web Application Architecture
- Proficiency in Advanced Java Concepts
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Banking and Financial Technology domain experience
- Experience with Angular 13+
- Google Cloud Application Development expertise
