Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tech PMO (Project Management Office) professional to drive execution of solutions within our Application Lifecycle Management framework. This role requires a strong background in Technical Program Management, Agile methodologies, and SaaS offerings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience in engineering/program management within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for concept definition, requirements validation, architecture specification, and governance compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of solutions from concept definition to market delivery for SaaS offerings.
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand and manage cross-functional impacts of decisions and project plans, balancing scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Assume accountability for program success against business objectives.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and time-to-market.
  • Oversee system integration planning, release management, and planning for demonstrations, proof of concepts, and pilots.
  • Lead the creation of cross-functional workstreams and drive execution for sales enablement, development, and deployment.
  • Build relationships and collaborate across Sales, Services, IT, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Organize and present business, technical, and program reviews to Senior Leadership using dashboards and JIRA.
  • Independently coordinate deliverables and project assets.
  • Anticipate and address obstacles or issues, escalating complex problems to management as needed.
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of development processes and product launch activities.
  • Experience in bringing SaaS solutions to market, including driving Go-To-Market (GTM) support for sales, services, marketing, and licensing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 15+ years of Engineering/Program Management and Agile experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong full lifecycle Technical Program Management experience with excellent communication skills, including C-level interaction.
  • Proven experience delivering multiple significant solution offerings to market, specifically for SaaS products.
  • Proficiency with production agile processes and tools such as JIRA/Confluence and the MS Office Suite.
  • Expertise with GCP Cloud development and Software/Services development integration is preferred.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team to solve complex technical, quality, cost, and schedule challenges.
  • Expertise in risk management practices.
  • Strong strategic leadership and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid critical thinking and questioning skills.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, adept at managing risks, and thrives in an environment of uncertainty and continuous innovation.

Location & Employment Type:

This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the Holtsville, NY office. C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and FTE (Full-Time Employee) candidates are preferred.


Special Requirements

Hybrid: Min. of 3 days in office per week. C2H and FTE preferred.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Holtsville, NY
