- Conduct deep-dive assessments of existing HR technology landscapes to identify integration points and technical constraints.
- Design and develop functional POCs and MVPs, specifically focusing on AI-driven automation and workflow optimization.
- Configure and integrate platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft ecosystem using APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Tier 1 support models to design future-state workflows that leverage AI capabilities.
- Provide expert consulting presence, communicating complex technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Operate effectively in short-cycle, ambiguous environments, maintaining an execution-first mindset to meet rapid delivery timelines.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Technical Architect or Senior Consultant with a focus on AI and automation.
- Direct, hands-on experience in platform configuration for major enterprise tools (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Strong expertise in system integration via REST/SOAP APIs and various middleware solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and demo working prototypes that solve real-world business problems.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory for client-facing interactions.
- A valid LinkedIn profile must be provided for verification purposes.
