Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment technology consulting, specifically within the real estate investment industry. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are on track, and developing key relationships across the Real Estate team and other technology functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring implementation plans are on track for the Real Estate business.
- Develop and manage key relationships across the Real Estate team and other key functions within the technology team.
- Collaborate with asset managers and analysts for implementation and problem-solving.
- Analyze and understand asset models and complex spreadsheets using advanced Excel skills.
- Work with Real Estate and/or Private Equity and Credit investors and technologies used in the real estate space.
- Gain experience with systems ranging from deal pipeline systems, Power BI reporting, and relevant analytics.
- Utilize relevant Real Estate Investment Management systems such as Real Page, Yardi, MRI, and Real Insight.
- Build and deploy no-code database platforms such as QuickBase.
- Gain experience in Power platforms including Power Apps and Power BI.
Requirements:
- Math or Technical Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of prior experience in investment technology consulting and delivery, preferably in the real estate investment industry.
- Strong experience in real estate equity and debt is a must.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate (CRE) terminology and workflows is essential.
- Ability to manage relationships with leadership teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
- Prior experience in working with Real Estate and/or Private Equity and Credit investors and technologies used in the real estate space.
- Prior experience utilizing relevant Real Estate Investment Management systems such as Real Page, Yardi, MRI, and Real Insight is a plus.
- Prior experience building and deploying no-code database platforms such as QuickBase.
- Understanding and experience in Power platforms including Power Apps, Power BI is a plus.
Additional Information:
This role requires F2F interviews. Candidates must have investment client experience with a Real Estate domain background.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year
