Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Technical Business Analyst with a deep specialization in the Banking and Financial Services domain. This role is critical for bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution within our Berkeley, NJ operations. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis using hands-on SQL to validate data integrity and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while managing backlogs in JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Translate high-level banking business requirements into detailed technical specifications, focusing on API behaviors and data mapping.
- Collaborate with development teams to define JSON/XML structures for seamless system integrations.
- Perform root-cause analysis on production issues and provide actionable insights to the engineering teams.
- Ensure all technical solutions align with current financial compliance standards and banking workflows.
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical BA within a FinTech or traditional banking environment.
- Expert-level SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Strong understanding of API integration patterns and data interchange formats like JSON and XML.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and ADO.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across both business and IT departments.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $115,000 – $158,000 per year (Estimated)
