Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Consultant with direct VenueAware experience to support an upcoming opportunity involving event management, scheduling, and facility coordination systems. This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical guidance on the VenueAware platform, supporting solution design, and contributing to overall technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on VenueAware platform capabilities and functionality.
- Support solution architecture and technical approach development.
- Advise on configuration, implementation, and best practices for the VenueAware platform.
- Assist with integration strategies, including APIs, scheduling systems, user access, and reporting.
- Participate in technical planning and strategy meetings related to VenueAware.
- Support proposal development and technical validation as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working directly with the VenueAware platform.
- Strong understanding of event management and scheduling systems.
- Experience supporting system implementation or configuration of VenueAware.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting government or public sector environments.
- Experience with enterprise system integrations.
- Experience supporting RFP, RFQ, or proposal efforts.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
