Job Summary:
4SERVE is seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex enterprise application systems, distributed applications, web applications, and system integration solutions. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in project management, SDLC methodologies, and vendor management within a deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project delivery of complex enterprise application systems, distributed applications, web applications, and system integration solutions.
- Manage projects in a deadline-driven environment, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Utilize multiple development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively manage relationships and collaborate with technology vendors.
- Provide foundational experience in full-cycle software delivery, potentially in roles such as business analyst, developer, or quality expert.
- Understand, participate in, and lead solutions design processes.
- Demonstrate strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills. PMP/Scrum certification is desired.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ensure thoroughness and attention to detail in all project aspects.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Maintain composure and adapt quickly to changes in high-pressure situations.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Contribute to system and/or business analysis efforts.
- Leverage experience in eCommerce and process improvement to enhance project outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- 1-3 years of experience leading the project delivery of complex enterprise application systems, distributed applications, web applications, and system integration solutions.
- 1-3 years of project leadership experience in a deadline-driven environment.
- 1-3 years of experience working with technology vendors.
- Foundational experience in full cycle software delivery (e.g., business analyst, developer, quality expert).
- Strong understanding of solutions design and ability to lead design efforts.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or Scrum certification.
- System and/or Business Analysis experience.
- eCommerce experience.
- Process improvement experience.
