Role Overview
Rwaltz Software Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Technical Lead to spearhead complex enterprise application development projects using the Pega Platform. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the IT industry, specifically focusing on business process management (BPM) and digital transformation. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the architectural integrity, technical excellence, and successful delivery of Pega-based solutions across multiple geographic locations, including Indianapolis, Albany, Cincinnati, Richmond, St. Louis, and California.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level Pega applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Provide expert-level guidance on Pega Case Management, Data and Integration, and Pega Mobility to development teams.
- Architect scalable and robust integration patterns between Pega and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other middleware technologies.
- Oversee the Pega User Experience (UX) design process to ensure intuitive and efficient interfaces for end-users.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of software quality and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps, manage technical debt, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Optimize Pega Reporting and analytics capabilities to provide actionable business insights.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in Pega Platform configuration, security, and deployment.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development and technical leadership.
- Extensive hands-on experience with the Pega Platform (version 8.x preferred).
- Deep expertise in Pega Case Management and complex workflow automation.
- Proven track record in Pega Data and Integration, including API management and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of Pega Mobility and responsive UI design principles.
- Proficiency in Pega Reporting, including the creation of complex reports and dashboards.
- Experience with Pega User Experience (UX) tools and the Constellation architecture.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
