Job Title: Technical Operations Manager
This role requires a seasoned Technical Operations Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale technical teams and complex infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Cisco routing and switching, MPLS, SD-WAN, and optical transport networks. You will be responsible for network observability, incident response, and leveraging enterprise ITSM platforms and network monitoring tools.
- Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technical operations, network engineering, or infrastructure management.
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale technical teams in high-pressure environments.
- Deep technical experience in:
- Cisco routing and switching (CCNP/CCIE preferred)
- MPLS, SD-WAN, and WAN optimization
- Optical transport networks (DWDM, CWDM) for broadcast and data networking
- Network observability and incident response
- Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and network monitoring tools (e.g., Catalyst Center, LogicMonitor, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles and travel between LA-regional locations as needed.
- Experience supporting large-scale, high-visibility programs or events is highly desirable.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
