Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Product Owner to lead the implementation of the ServiceNow IRM module. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the IRM module effectively supports risk, compliance, and audit functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and refine the IRM product backlog, ensuring stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business and regulatory needs.
  • Work directly with risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with ServiceNow architects and developers during sprint planning, design discussions, and solution reviews.
  • Validate delivered configurations and workflows to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and support end-to-end IRM processes.
  • Drive UAT readiness, feedback incorporation, and incremental release of IRM features through agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure the ServiceNow IRM module aligns with broader enterprise risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
  • Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap for GRC and IRM solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, preferably with ServiceNow IRM or GRC modules.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and leading backlog refinement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities is highly desirable.
  • Experience with GC/USC candidates preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year
