As the TPO, you will be the primary driver of the product roadmap, ensuring that our platforms not only meet the immediate needs of the business but are also scalable, secure, and compliant with international trade regulations. You will work at the heart of a cross-functional squad, collaborating with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to transform complex regulatory requirements into seamless digital experiences. The successful candidate will demonstrate a relentless focus on helping the people and organizations we touch, creating a culture of empathy and excellence.
Key Responsibilities and Strategic Impact

You will steer the team toward high-impact features that provide measurable business value and work oriented around business impact.
- Backlog Excellence: You will own the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on a sophisticated understanding of technical feasibility and business urgency. This includes translating high-level business goals into detailed user stories and robust acceptance criteria that the engineering team can execute with precision.
- Stakeholder Management: Acting as a bridge between the business and technology, you will negotiate priorities and manage expectations. You must balance the desire for new features with the necessity of addressing technical debt and maintaining system stability, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Beyond product management, you will act as a direct manager for Product Analysts and other team members. This involves resource planning, interviewing, and onboarding new talent, as well as providing ongoing coaching to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Compliance and Security: Given the domain, you will ensure that every feature meets stringent security, privacy, and compliance standards. You will be the technical point of contact for third-party trade compliance systems, ensuring integration is seamless and data integrity is maintained.
