Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner with expertise in SAP Concur to lead a greenfield implementation for a corporate separation/carve-out. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice) and the ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from roadmap definition to stabilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, Invoice) greenfield implementation for a corporate separation/carve-out.
- Own the product roadmap, requirements, backlog, and sprint execution.
- Configure Concur policies, workflows, audit rules, expense types, and approval chains.
- Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, HRIS, SSO, corporate card programs, and travel partners.
- Drive data migration (employee profiles, cost centers, objects), tenant setup, and master data design.
- Oversee testing, defect management, cutover planning, and Day1/Day2 stabilization.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Audit, Security, and external vendors (SAP Concur, TMC, card providers).
- Manage risk, issues, and delivery timelines across workstreams.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur (Expense/Travel/Invoice).
- Proven experience in separation/carve-out and greenfield Concur implementations.
- Strong knowledge of T&E policies, corporate card programs, and expense audit rules.
- Solid understanding of Concur integrations (GL posting, HR sync, SSO, card feeds, tax/VAT).
- Agile delivery experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

Preferred Hybrid / Remote. ASAP Start Date.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
