Job Overview
We are actively seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to oversee program management for an entire domain. This role requires a strong background in budgeting, resourcing, and stakeholder management, with a focus on AWS and Snowflake technologies. The ideal candidate will be adept at representing the domain to senior leadership and possess excellent presentation and Scrum Master skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead program management for the assigned domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage domain budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Gather intake from business stakeholders based on available bandwidth and domain priorities.
- Represent the domain’s interests and progress to senior leadership.
- Leverage expertise in AWS and Snowflake technologies to drive project success.
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile processes and team collaboration.
- Create compelling presentations to communicate project status, strategies, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Program Management, particularly within a technical domain.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting and resource management.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and managing intake processes.
- Ability to effectively represent a domain to senior leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge of AWS and Snowflake.
- Required experience as a Scrum Master.
- Expertise in creating professional presentations.

- Location: Dallas, TX (Day 1 onsite)
- Employment Type: Onsite (Local consultants preferred)
Special Requirements
Day 1 onsite. Need only local consultants.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
