Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong SAP Finance experience to lead critical platform migration, data lake retirement, and cross-team delivery initiatives on Azure-based SAP programs. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical program management skills and the ability to drive discussions with both business and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning and program execution for SAP Finance initiatives.
- Own demand intake and requirements gathering processes.
- Define and prioritize the scope of work for the Unified Platform.
- Identify dependencies and proactively remove delivery blockers.
- Drive BODS retirement and secure consumer signoffs.
- Support FDL OneLake and EDL retirement initiatives.
- Migrate BW/4HANA datasets to the Unified Platform/FDL.
- Support SAP Domain AI Agent efforts as applicable.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA – Data Migration experience is essential.
- Recent experience leading large SAP transformation programs.
- Strong technical program management skills.
- Ability to drive discussions with business and engineering teams effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Azure Fabric & OneLake
- ADLS Gen2
- Exposure to AI / analytics initiatives.
- Good understanding of Azure platform and data architecture.
Location and Employment Type
The preferred location is the Redmond, WA region. However, remote work with PST time zone alignment is acceptable if a local candidate is not found.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
