Job Description: Technical Project Manager / Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Agile Coach with a strong technical background to lead and manage cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be capable of driving project deliveries, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders. This is a long-term contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery and timelines for technical projects.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Stand-ups.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and manage project requirements.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and communication between development, QA, and business teams.
  • Identify project risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to refine the product backlog.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
  • Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Agile Coach.
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
  • Solid technical background, preferably with development or related experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and teams simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, including software development processes.

Additional Information:

This role is located in Phoenix, AZ, and is a long-term contract position. Candidates must be Visa-Free.
