Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AI/ML and GenAI projects from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data pipelines (ETL/ELT, Streaming, Batch).
- Ensure successful integration of AI/ML models and GenAI solutions into existing systems.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among all project participants.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, GenAI, and data engineering technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, with a focus on AI/ML and Data Engineering.
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, Vector DBs).
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline technologies (ETL/ELT, Streaming, Batch).
- Exposure to big data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, and Kafka.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business terms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Semiconductor or RF domain.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
