Job Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background in Java projects to join our client’s remote team. While coding is not required, a solid understanding of Java project lifecycles and technical challenges is essential. PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee technical projects, particularly those involving Java development.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Strong technical background, with experience managing Java projects.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification.
