Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for technical initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
- Manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Facilitate issue resolution and remove blockers for project teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Banking domain experience.
- Experience with Amex clients.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year
