Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with specific experience in FAA regulations and projects. This is an on-site position located in Atlantic City, NJ, with a duration of 12+ months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with FAA requirements and company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Ensure all project activities comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and compliance, to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations as needed.
- Ensure successful project closure, including documentation and lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Demonstrable experience with FAA regulations and projects is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex technical projects in a regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Additional Information
This is an on-site role in Atlantic City, NJ. The contract is expected to last for 12+ months. We are looking for candidates who can start promptly and have a strong background in managing technical projects, particularly those involving the FAA.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year
