Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee delivery management for projects involving Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Policy Administration Systems within the Insurance Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience managing delivery across various technical stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Possess overall understanding of the SDLC and manage delivery across technical stacks including Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Policy Administration systems in Insurance.
  • Plan efforts, create roadmaps, and establish implementation timelines based on customer needs.
  • Regularly report project status and escalate risks to Customer Executives and TCS leadership teams.
  • Coach and mentor the project team, collaborating with offshore teams to achieve common goals on time and with high quality.
  • Ensure effective communication and analytical skills are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to work with external areas and vendors as needed for project success.
  • Demonstrate the ability to withstand pressure in a demanding environment.

Domain Experience:

  • Must have good experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
