Position Summary
Corehunt Inc is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a high-stakes transition project for a major financial services client in Boston, MA. This role is pivotal in managing the migration of critical services from one outsource provider to another, a task that requires meticulous planning and flawless execution. We require a leader who possesses a unique blend of technical depth, financial domain expertise, and superior project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that strategic objectives are met while maintaining transparency and alignment across global business divisions. This is a senior-level role that demands a high degree of professional maturity and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and execute best-in-class technical projects, specifically focusing on enterprise-level vendor transitions and service migrations within the financial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various global business units to ensure project goals align with broader corporate strategy and business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed scope definition, budget management, and multi-channel communication strategies.
- Oversee resource allocation and resolve conflicts to keep the project on track, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely escalation of critical issues to senior leadership and the executive steering committee.
- Establish and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure project success and provide regular, data-driven updates to all levels of management.
- Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and organizational efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in both technical domains and project management best practices, staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Manage operating and capital budgets, ensuring financial accountability and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Champion team objectives and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience specifically within the financial services or investment banking industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex technical projects and large-scale enterprise vendor migrations.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred and considered a significant asset.
- Expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced use of PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Teams for project documentation and collaboration.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex budgets and financial reporting for large-scale initiatives.

- This is a senior-level role requiring a candidate who can navigate the complexities of a highly regulated financial environment. The project involves moving services between outsource providers, requiring a deep understanding of service level agreements (SLAs), operational risk, and technical infrastructure. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for this transition, ensuring a seamless handover with zero disruption to business operations.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $205,000 per year (Estimated)
