Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and networking-focused Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in a fully remote capacity. Core Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent for various roles including software engineering, data science, and IT management.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and the internal technical teams.
- Utilize advanced AI-driven sourcing tools to identify passive candidates and predict talent trends.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and market conditions.
- Represent the company brand in the digital space, participating in industry groups and discussions to enhance visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a remote environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking tools.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and the ability to evaluate technical resumes effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software for talent management.
- A proactive approach to networking, as demonstrated by a strong professional presence and active engagement on social platforms.

Salary: $95,000 – $145,000 per year
