Job Summary
The Technical / Solution Lead will provide end-to-end technical leadership for the AEGIS to PremierOne CAD integration, ensuring a secure, scalable, and loosely coupled integration architecture aligned with Client’s standards and ArcGIS best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture, low-level design, and integration strategy for GIS to enterprise system integrations.
- Define backend-driven, service-based integration patterns replacing manual ArcMap workflows.
- Ensure loose coupling, performance optimization, and security compliance across integrations.
- Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and automation components.
- Provide guidance on ArcGIS service usage, schema strategy, and data governance.
- Collaborate with Client’s GIS, Police CAD, and IT Security stakeholders.
- Support system integration testing, UAT, and production readiness.
- Mentor integration and GIS team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 7-10 years.
Required Skills
- ArcGIS Enterprise architecture (services, security, performance).
- Enterprise integration patterns (service-based, event-driven, batch).
- Strong understanding of GIS data models and spatial standards.
- Experience integrating GIS with CAD / EAM / dispatch systems.
- Documentation and technical review expertise.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
