Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a blend of business acumen and technical understanding to translate business needs into effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance domain, experience with Agile methodologies, and proficiency in requirement gathering, solution design, and API testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Collaborate with architects to validate designs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Guide offshore teams and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing strategies, and business sign-off processes.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to build, test, and deployment.
- Support transformation, roadmap, and modernization initiatives.
- Address data, integration, and reporting dependencies.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, ensuring compatibility with REST and JSON formats.
- Conduct SQL queries for data analysis and validation.

Additional Information

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
