Job Summary:
Valzo Soft Solutions is seeking an experienced Tecsys Elite Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of warehouse management and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring Tecsys Elite WMS, supporting warehouse operations, and translating business requirements into system configurations. This role requires collaboration with operations teams to optimize warehouse workflows, system integrations, and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse & Supply Chain Operations: Understand and support key warehouse management processes, including Receiving, Picking, Replenishment, Shipping, and Cycle counting. Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams to analyze operational requirements.
- Tecsys Elite Configuration: Configure and maintain Tecsys Elite WMS to support business operations. Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows. Support system enhancements and process improvements.
- Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Use SQL queries to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and validate system outputs. Support data validation and operational reporting.
- Integration & System Architecture: Work with APIs and integration middleware to connect Tecsys Elite with other enterprise systems. Understand system architecture and workflow logic to ensure smooth integration and performance.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and integration teams. Support system testing, troubleshooting, and user support during implementations and upgrades.
Required Skills:
- Functional Skills: Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse management processes (Receiving, Picking, Replenishment, Shipping, Cycle counting). Experience working with warehouse or distribution operations. Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Tecsys Elite WMS configuration. Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. Familiarity with APIs and integration middleware. Understanding of system architecture and workflow logic.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with warehouse automation systems.
- Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems.
- Experience supporting warehouse implementation or optimization projects.
