About the Role
We are seeking an ITSM Analyst Telecom who will be responsible for managing telecom inventory, billing platforms, and vendor coordination across the enterprise. This role focuses on consolidating telecom systems, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and service delivery across telecom and IT environments.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in telecom domain (DIA, Broadband, MPLS, data circuits)
- Experience with Telecom Expense Management tools (e.g., Calero or similar)
- Strong understanding of telecom billing lifecycle and inventory management
- Experience in vendor management and telecom carrier coordination
- Strong analytical skills for billing validation, cost optimization, and forecasting
- Experience in SLA/KPI management and reporting for senior leadership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and drive consolidation initiatives
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in process improvement and project execution
- Knowledge of compliance standards (BSA, AML, OFAC)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with TEM platform migration and integration
- Exposure to financial processes like chargebacks and contract compliance
- Experience participating in RFP processes and vendor negotiations
- Understanding of IT finance, accounts payable, and cost modeling
- Experience working in large enterprise telecom environments
Responsibilities
- Manage telecom inventory and billing platforms ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Consolidate telecom systems into a unified billing and reporting platform
- Develop and maintain telecom cost structures and forecasting models
- Coordinate with IT, finance, and field teams for billing lifecycle and service management
- Oversee telecom vendors and ensure SLA compliance and issue resolution
- Manage TEM platform integration, migration, and reporting metrics
- Conduct audits, validation, and analysis of telecom billing and contracts
- Participate in RFP processes and review vendor contracts, SLAs, and KPIs
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership
- Support quarterly business reviews with telecom vendors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (BSA, AML, OFAC)
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
