  • Analyze industry trends to identify and integrate the latest automation technologies and best practices.
  • Strategize, create, and maintain robust automation suites using tools such as Tosca, Selenium, and UFT.
  • Proactively identify and propose enhancements to business processes and system architectures to improve testability.
  • Provide expert consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support projects.
  • Act as a primary liaison between business functions and technical development teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Manage test data requirements using Test Data Management (TDM) tools and automated processes.
  • Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices to ensure full coverage of business requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of Jenkins pipelines and other CI/CD processes to enable ‘test early, test often’ methodologies.

Technical Expertise and Domain Knowledge

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with a variety of automation frameworks and a deep understanding of DevOps principles. Exposure to Accessibility Testing and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is highly desirable. As a Lead, you will work independently and self-directed while serving as a subject matter expert. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute test plans and ensure that all software releases meet the highest standards of quality. Your ability to multitask and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success. We value candidates who can effectively interact with diverse teams and maintain a focus on delivering value to the end customer through reliable and efficient automation solutions.
