Position Summary
Flexon Technologies is looking for a dynamic and experienced Test Lead to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end testing strategy for complex enterprise integrations. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance lifecycle, from initial strategy and planning to final execution and reporting. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure that all software releases meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Test Strategies and Test Plans for large-scale enterprise projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of manual and automated testers to ensure consistent testing practices.
- Drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks, specifically utilizing Playwright for modern web applications.
- Oversee integration testing across various platforms, including real-time and file-based data exchanges.
- Manage defect tracking and agile project progress using JIRA.
- Coordinate testing efforts for SAP integrations and large-scale data migration projects.
- Validate Salesforce integration points to ensure seamless data flow and functional integrity.
- Work with middleware technologies such as IBM ACE and SEEBURGER to test complex message routing and transformations.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide go/no-go recommendations based on testing results.
- Ensure that all testing activities align with the overall project timeline and business objectives.
Required Technical Skills
- Expertise in Manual and Automated Testing methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with Playwright for automation.
- Strong experience in Integration Testing within an enterprise ecosystem.
- Familiarity with SAP modules and Salesforce platforms from a QA perspective.
- Knowledge of IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise) and SEEBURGER for EDI/EAI testing.
- Proficiency in JIRA for Agile tracking and bug management.
- Experience with data migration testing and validation of complex datasets.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 per year (Estimated)
