Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee all testing activities for our projects. The Test Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, managing test teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of various testing methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers.
- Define, implement, and refine testing processes and procedures.
- Oversee all phases of testing, including unit, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, analyze, and report on defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.
- Track and report on testing progress, metrics, and quality status to stakeholders.
- Ensure that testing activities align with project timelines and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a similar leadership role in QA.
- Extensive experience in various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in test planning, test case design, and execution.
- Proficiency in test management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with performance testing, security testing, and automation testing is a plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
