Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tibco Developer to join our team for an onsite position in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIBCO BW 6.x Development, TIBCO BWCE (Container Edition), TIBCO EMS, TIBCO HAWK, and TIBCO Enterprise Administrator. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using TIBCO technologies and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BW 6.x, BWCE, and EMS.
  • Implement and manage TIBCO Enterprise Administrator and TIBCO HAWK for monitoring and administration.
  • Design and develop REST APIs for seamless data exchange.
  • Work with databases and enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and flow.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical implementations.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, business analysts, and QA teams.
  • Implement proper error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms in all developed solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Perform unit testing to validate the functionality of developed components.
  • Optimize solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Provide support for production environments, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and follow DevOps best practices.
