Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Tosca Automation Tester with hands-on experience in Oracle ERP testing. This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Tosca to ensure high-quality delivery of ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca
- Perform functional and regression testing for Oracle ERP modules
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements
- Analyze test results, log defects, and track issue resolution
- Support continuous improvement of test automation frameworks and QA processes
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and execution cycles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Tosca automation tool (Note: email states 12 years, but later clarifies junior level with 1-2 years experience)
- Exposure to Oracle ERP (JD Edwards, EBS, or Fusion)
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies
- Excellent communication skills (MANDATORY non-negotiable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automating end-to-end ERP business processes
- Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA or Quality Center (ALM)
- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Additional Notes
- Looking for junior-level candidates (1-2 years experience)
- Oracle EBS/Fusion experience is highly desirable
- Strong emphasis on communication and stakeholder interaction
Special Requirements
Onsite / Hybrid / Remote options available. C2C Contract (6 months CTH possible). Strong emphasis on communication and stakeholder interaction.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
