Job Summary:

Sierra Consulting INC is seeking an experienced Tower Lead for Support & Operations. This role is critical for managing escalations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of organizational initiatives, optimize service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage escalations and ensure operational excellence in support and operations.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Oversee the implementation of organizational initiatives.
  • Optimize service delivery according to established agreements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure.
  • Utilize Azure IaaS and PaaS services effectively.
  • Work with Azure Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Analyze operational reports and provide insights for improvement.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
  • Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills to validate and interpret operational reports.

Certifications (Optional but valuable):

  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification.
  • Terraform Associate Certification.

Special Requirements

Onsite contract role.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year

Location: Boston, MA
