Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee a domain. This is an onsite contract role requiring the candidate to be local to Dallas, TX.
- Manage programs for the entire domain, ensuring successful delivery.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for the domain.
- Manage the intake process from business stakeholders based on available bandwidth.
- Represent the domain in front of senior leadership, providing insights and updates.
- Utilize experience with AWS and Snowflake tech stack.
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile processes and ceremonies.
- Develop and deliver expert-level presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Program Management for the entire domain.
- Experience with budgeting and resourcing.
- Experience with getting intake from business from a domain perspective based on available bandwidth.
- Able to represent the domain in front of senior leadership.
- Experience on AWS and Snowflake tech stack.
- Scrum Master experience is required.
- Expertise with creating presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies.
- Experience with budgeting and resource management.
- Familiarity with AWS and Snowflake technologies.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must be local to Dallas, TX.
- Day 1 onsite required.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
