Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Trade Support Analyst with a specialization in Equities to join a dynamic team in New York City. This role requires a strong background in investment banking and trading environments, with a focus on supporting trading applications and ensuring smooth operations on the trade floor. The position is 100% onsite, and face-to-face interviews are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support for Equities trading applications on the trading floor.
- Monitor trading platforms and FIX connectivity to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve live trading issues, including connectivity, performance, and data discrepancies.
- Address compliance queries and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with traders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for application enhancements.
- Coordinate with Middle Office and Back Office teams to ensure seamless trade processing.
- Manage and resolve compliance-related issues and inquiries.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the Banking/Investment domain.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Investment Banking or Trading Environment.
- Strong, recent hands-on experience with Equities, Derivatives, and Trading.
- Proficiency with FIX Protocol and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in Front Office support and on the trade floor.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve real-time issues effectively.
- Experience coordinating with Compliance, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
