Job Title: UI UX Designer
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other research deliverables to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0) and best practices in Human-Centered Design.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital User Experience (UX) or User Interface (UI) design.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in conducting user research and producing related deliverables including but not limited to personas, journey maps, interview guides, mind maps, and research finding documents.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in using standard UX/UI software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD to create intuitive application prototypes driven by best practices around Human-Centered Design and in compliance to WCAG 2.0.
- Proficiency in technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with design tools: Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD, Mural, Lucid Chart, MS Visio, Visual Studio, Axure RP, CSS, Bootstrap.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
Additional Requirements
- Government experience is a must.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
