About the Role:
The UiPath Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This role focuses on defining automation standards, governance frameworks, and technical roadmaps. You will be responsible for assessing automation feasibility, selecting optimal integration approaches (UI vs. API), and ensuring the scalability and reliability of high-impact digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end UiPath Automation Architectures for complex enterprise environments.
- Lead UiPath Orchestrator setup including tenants, folders, assets, and triggers.
- Architect solutions using REFramework, custom frameworks, and reusable modular components.
- Define automation standards, best practices, and robust Governance Frameworks.
- Decide optimal automation approaches by evaluating UI Automation vs. API vs. Integration.
- Establish robust exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms for high performance.
- Provide technical leadership through Code Reviews, mentoring, and design guidance.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and scalability.
- Contribute to automation roadmaps, effort estimations, and risk assessments using Jira.
Essential Skills:
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years specifically in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- 3+ years of experience in a Solution Architect capacity.
- Expertise in UiPath IXP and Agentic Automation.
- Strong Python scripting skills for automation, data processing, and system integration.
- Advanced understanding of Selectors, OCR, Queues, Assets, and Credential Management.
- Mastery of Version Control tools including Git and Azure DevOps.
- Valid UiPath Solution Architect Certification.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Automation Anywhere or BluePrism platforms.
- Knowledge of dynamic web application automation and stability assessment.
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
- Ability to manage multi-tenant Orchestrator environments.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $75 – $75 per hour (Estimated)
